After years of being fit and healthy, Jill recently went through a challenging time. She was doing all the same things, the "right" things, that she had always done, but her body was "rebelling": gaining weight, increased belly fat, inability to sleep, brain fog. This left her feeling out of control and frustrated but it pushed her to figure out what the heck was going on! What she learned was surprising: nutrition and exercise recommendations for women are based on science of young men! Learning this pushed Jill to learn more and she discovered a whole new education in women's health, physiology and hormones.
Her passion now is helping other Gen X women who feel like they are no longer themselves to understand what is happening with their hormones and to address these hormonal changes through nutrition, fitness and health coaching.
With almost 20 years of experience in the fitness industry, Jill is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and Senior Fitness Specialist; NASM Certified Women's Fitness Specialist; and AFPA Certified Health & Wellness Coach and Holistic Nutritionist . She holds certifications in multiple group fitness modalities.
